An educator with a background in Psychology and Neuroscience, she has both academic and applied experience in national and international institutions, including leading programs in education and learning. Silvana Suzy serves as the guardian of AllBright’s strategy and culture, ensuring coherence between long-term vision, daily decisions, and the lived experience of students, families, staff, and partners. Her work focuses on building a strong educational brand capable of growing without losing identity, clarity, and purpose.
With a leadership approach oriented toward creating safe, thoughtful, and human-centered environments, she aligns positioning, values, and practices, ensuring that AllBright remains faithful to its beliefs while evolving sustainably in local and international contexts.
With over three decades of experience in companies and financial institutions, in addition to partnerships in technology, training, and event businesses, she has built a strategic vision focused on the sustainable development of people, organizations, and communities.
